I signed up with HRTrainingClasses.com® for their 5-Day class in LA last year. Elga was my instructor and effortlessly broke down HRs body of knowledge. She invented clever ways to help you remember the material. I took the SPHR immediately after the class and passed it. Recently, I signed up to take the SHRM-SCP exam. I took the study prep class from Elga (hrtrainingclasses.com) and passed both the SPHR and the SHRM-SCP exams on the first try. These exams are not easy. Elga’s students have a 96% pass rate which is well above the pass rate for first-time test takers (SPHR is 60% and the SHRM-SCP is 50%).
