With every purchase, clients earn Loyalty Points that accumulate towards earning a free certificate program. This membership is designed to thank and reward customers for their loyalty and continuous learning journey with your company.

Earning Loyalty Points

For every three dollars spent on certificate programs, clients earn one amount of Loyalty Points.

For example:

For every $100 spent, earn 33 Loyalty Points
For every $500 spent, earn 166 Loyalty Points
For every $1,000 spent, earn 333 Loyalty Points
For every $2,000 spent, earn 666 Loyalty Points

There is no limit to the number of Loyalty Points you can earn. The more you invest in your professional development through our certificate programs, the more Loyalty Points you accumulate towards earning free certificate programs.

No, Loyalty Points do not expire. You can accumulate them over time until you’re ready to redeem them for a free certificate program.

No, not at this time. The only way to earn Loyalty Points is through making purchases with actual dollars spent.

Yes, our membership allows for flexible application of Loyalty Points. For instance, you can use your Loyalty Points to purchase a certificate program for another participant, but please note they will not earn any Loyalty Points for that certificate program as it was purchased with Loyalty Points.

As such, Loyalty Points earned through our membership cannot be transferred to another participant’s account. However, Loyalty Points can be used to purchase a certificate program on behalf of someone other than the account holder.

Loyalty Points can only be applied to participants’ accounts. For instance, as an organization you can purchase a certificate program for a participant to attend, but please note they will be deposited into that participant’s account only. There are no organization accounts.

Yes, our membership allows for flexible redemption. You can use your Loyalty Points towards partial redemption, which offers discounts on certificate programs if you haven’t accumulated enough for a full redemption. However, you will not earn Loyalty Points for partial redemptions of applied Loyalty Points, only actual dollars spent.

If you request and receive a refund for a training that was purchased using either partial or full point redemption, the reward points utilized for that purchase will be reinstated into your Loyalty Points balance.

If you request and are granted a refund for a training, any Loyalty Points earned from the purchase of that training will be deducted from your Loyalty Points balance.

Abuse or manipulation of the Loyalty Points system refers to any attempt to exploit or misuse the system for personal gain, such as:

  • Intentionally falsifying information to earn Loyalty Points.
  • Attempting to exploit loopholes or vulnerabilities in the system.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities to accumulate Loyalty Points.
  • Any behavior that undermines the integrity of the Loyalty Points membership or violates its terms and conditions.
  • Abuse of the Loyalty Points system may result in consequences, including the loss of accumulated Loyalty Points, suspension of account privileges, or refusal of service.

Abuse in this context refers to any deliberate misuse, exploitation, or manipulation of the Loyalty Points system for personal gain or advantage. This includes actions such as attempting to fraudulently accumulate Loyalty Points, exploiting loopholes in the system, or engaging in behaviors that undermine the integrity of the Loyalty Points membership. The organization retains the authority to decline service to individuals found to be engaging in such activities to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all participants.
