3-Day Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) Exam Prep Boot Camp

Requirements for obtaining the GPHR®

| ☑ | HR Professionals that have at least 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position plus a high school diploma |

Question: Why is the GPHR class so much shorter than the PHR prep courses? Does it assume the student will already have the knowledge from the PHR class?
• The body of knowledge for the PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is a lot more extensive, broader than the GPHR.
• The GPHR is focused on multinational HR responsibilities and strategies in a global level.
• Taking the other certifications prior gives you the confidence to take the GPHR. But you can definitely take the GPHR without having the other certifications.
