2-Day Creating and Managing Internship Programs

Hosting an internship program is a “win-win”, providing extra support for your organization while offering practical learning experiences for students, empowering younger generations of workers – and in fact, allowing you to vet and onboard prospective full-time employees.

This 10-hour in-depth class includes all the necessary components to host a successful internship program that meets your organization’s needs and provides a supportive, educational experience for your interns. It gives you the tips and tools to navigate the challenges and obstacles you might encounter.

Your course registration will include a handbook of all needed templates of HR materials, assessments, task lists, effective resources, work plans, and job descriptions to launch a successful program.

  • Day 1 – 10:00 AM –4:00 PM Eastern Time

Two 15-minute breaks each day at the instructor’s discretion


Instructor

Bill Edelstein is a consultant specializing in helping not-for-profits develop diversified revenue streams. He holds Advanced Degrees in Education and Not-for-Profit Development. His professional work is focused on Donor Relations and Fundraising. Bill is an adjunct professor at John Jay College of the City University of New York.
